Ervin B. Nicolas is the owner and executive producer of Verse One Productions. He has worked in the music industry for 13 years as a musician, producer, music publisher and DJ. In 2007 his band, First Verse, released the album “From The Top,” which was a Top 10 seller at Borders Bookstores Hawaii. The song “Sweetest Times” grew very popular throughout Hawaii Radio Stations. In 2010 he helped produce an album for Filipino Hip-Hop artist, Mic 3, whose album is still climbing the iTunes charts.
His education includes, a certificate in Audio Engineering and Music Production from the Recording Workshop in Ohio, a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the University of Hawaii, and is currently working on a Music Business Degree from Berklee School of Music. He is also a Captain in the United States Army.
